In this workshop, you will immerse yourself in the world of book and paper processing and design your own personal portfolio—perfect for drawings, prints, or loose sheets of paper. Under expert guidance, you will learn various bookbinding techniques that you can use to create a sturdy, functional, and aesthetically pleasing portfolio.
Together, we will develop the structure of your portfolio step by step: from cutting the cardboard to laminating it with decorative paper to attaching a professional closure solution. You will learn which materials are particularly suitable, how to work precisely, and what is important to ensure that your portfolio is durable and suitable for everyday use.
The workshop offers you plenty of scope for your own design ideas – whether simple and classic or colorful and playful. At the end, you will take home a unique, individual piece that is not only practical but also an expression of your creativity.
